Plot and setbacks, walls snapped to 50/100 mm, doors and windows, floors, stairs and furniture — mouse and keyboard on a computer, touch on a phone.
Review
Engine diagnostics, space-identity events and building-rule alerts while you draw; every rule carries its source and approval status, and unapproved values show as “not checked” or an advisory note.
Derive the sheets
The sheet set is derived deterministically from the same model: every change reaches every sheet, with a 3D preview and sun shadows.

Sketching is open now without an account. Exporting sheets (PDF and DXF) and viewing the set will need a personal account, fully isolated from others, with a dashboard of your projects.
What we hold to
- The millimetre model is the source; every sheet is derived from it — no separate drawing that can disagree.
- Rules are data with a source, version and status; no invented regulatory value, and results are alerts with their status, never a certificate.
- Arabic first, right-to-left; works on computer and phone, in the browser.
